Do you have any experiences in managing such campaign before? If you have it then you should post your full experience as it may attract devs to hire you. But if you have no experiences, I think it will be very hard for you to be hired unless you have a close relationship with the dev of the projects. Good luck anyway
I was one of community managers (for the campaign) also counting the stakes for Opus Foundation : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bounty-opus-decentralized-music-sharing-platform-finished-2011082 , I deeply understand, it's not enough to ensure developer to hire me, actually experience is more important than the money that will I earn from managing campaign.
