Yes it is!!
You will see high ranked members like in the bitcoin forum and a peer to peer dealings for different types of tasks. In global, payments dealings are determined by the merchant and the client. Some profiles get paid per hour and no way to sheet them.

Can you give me some advice... This is actually my first time in searching a job through the internet... And I don't have any Idea to the PROFILE that yo're saying.

Just create your own portfolio with the projects you have worked before. If you do not have you may design up the op thread and added some information your career experience.
SFR shares the website you those I have checked it right before.
It seems all technical related requirement has been opened but I do not any e-mail related services or documentation works there. Please go through more mate.

Another thing I noticed is that you linked directly to the website as a king gesture to help people out. I received PMs from people adding /affid=12345 after the domain and saying they just want to help me.
