Judging by the posts from this thread using Op as translator for your project won't be the best choice... Op, you need to understand if you want to offer your services either you need to create a 'demo'.
That is translate some sample text, or if you had history of your previous translation projects show it here. For now it seems, that your English is not on the level I would like to use you as my translator of Russian or Arabic.

Probably another user that can't even speak English and Google translated the title... He doesn't have know what his native language is or what "native language" means.
I just didn't understand what he ment my bad

Body it seems your English is really poor, you even didn't know what is meant by 'native language", so i doubt you can use this language for transalation. As for the languages you noticed, you have to proof your skill
