So apparently you signed up with Google as far as I can see, correct me if I'm wrong, therefore BIPS reset password will of cause not work, since we cannot reset your Google account password. So to sign in again, go to https://bips.me/signin and click "with Google"

I though this information would be useful information for everyone viewing this thread, since it was a very "misleading and slanderous title" as Adam so kindly said.

Regarding your deposit, please respond to the answered ticket in BIPS helpdesk.

if no positive result after 48 hours, then allow the standard paranoia people would feel after not having access to their coins to begin.

(reasonable time to expect a response from any business whether online or bricks & mortar)
