Thanks, I'd forgotten about this, but I'm still interested in using one.
Chiming in to say I'm working on such an application.
It's in early stages though.

Id throw a coin or 2 in for that. Useful for times when their site is overwhelmed like now.
I know it's a bit specific, but I was wondering if anyone has created a 'blockexplorer' program for Windows that can be run while offline? (Just point it at your bitcoin data directory).
If not, I will start a bounty for one as I'd find it mighty handy. I'm currently using Win XP sp3.
