Everybody is already tired from that countless ICO's that appear daily on market. Most of them are nothing but a scam. Giving money to random people in exchange of some random images and promises is worse than gambling. Unfortunately, with the super easy nature of creating ICOs on Ethereum and other platforms, along with Bitcoin's price, crypto attracted a whole bunch of lazy idiots chasing a goldrush and throwing money into ICOs while having no idea or enthusiasm towards cryptocurrencies, giving it a bad name to cryptos altogether. Anyway, thanks for your efforts and I merited your post.

You forgot to add bidium.oi sir, this ICO was so real before because they're also verified in icobench but after the ICO everything disappeared.  I think icobench must also investigated of conspiracy.

We think the advisers at ICOBench should be investigated as we found already a few of them giving good ratings for obvious ICO Scams.

Aren't every ICO a scam?  Roll Eyes
If you look at the bigger picture and judge by their strategies, they're a pure scam. I mean who the fuck invests into something that is never going to get accepted in the real world. A white-paper is technically the heart of the project.

They raise money by promising unrealistic things and then you never hear of the site again. They just somehow get their shit-token listed on an exchange, and you never hear of them again.
Even if the tokens hit the market, the product is never released most of the times. There are a few exceptions though.

Someone should probably do a review on these, there's a slight chance that there might be false positives.
It's obvious. Isn't it?

What a long list. Never really heard most of them, maybe they are only in the bounty platforms. You have to be wary when it comes to ICO, there had been lots of scams since 2015 we have already seen them but ICO is just a very god business for these scammers. But its also satisfying to reveal them in public when the hardwork they've done to create such ICO sites and make it believable for the audience.

If you have been in crypto for a long time, you would have noticed that most of the legit once are here in bitcointalk not on those bounty platforms and are only found in facebook. If they are confident they would have create an ANN thread here which open themselves for investigation. If they don't have an ANN thread chances is that they are scam. If they have an ANN thread, some of the users here are going to ask and judge whether the team are real.

Kind of a long list so Im only look at the first 2 websites on the list.

Are they scammers already?

YES

- if the site don't went up after a short period of time.
- if there's no announcement about it given right after the website is down.
- if the admins on the discussion platform (ann, telegram etc.) is silent and offline for a while now.
