I did not manage to get any reasonable escrow service for this, so this will not be continued.

Thanks.
how this is even possible when there are bunch of members with green trust who offer escrow services?

well timer ran out and there was only one gambler.
I'll double that btc and send it back.

I'll be back with round two when i get escrow and make things work.

If there are deposits after this message I will see them as donations.

Thanks!

Seems like there is one gambler already. Grin

I did my research and from round two everything would be more trustful.

I think of extending round time from 24hrs to 72hrs.

To be honest I wouldn't be too happy to gamble large amounts as this is now.
Will make everything better soon.

But for this round I let it run as it is now.

Can you suggest good trusted escrow for this?

Here[1] ist a list that was updated a few days ago.

PM me for round 2.

This is a nice idea, but an escrow would help...

After the timer runs out I will randomly select three (3) winner txid's who split the pot equally after I have taken my fee.
-snip-

How are the three winners selected? How can we know that the selection is fair?

I check the count of transactions (and take one (1) off which is my tx of my fee to my wallet) and add them into randomize.org list and let it do the pick.

Edit: To clarify: Oldest tx will be number one (1), second oldest number two (2) and so on.

This can only be fair if you

#1 use escrow so we know that you will not be able to run with the funds. Escrow is free, so this should not be a problem
#2 ""Use pregenerated randomization based on persistent identifier" on random.org and let the person doing the escrow select the seed. If a hash of the seed is known in advance no one but the trusted party knowns the seed, but everyone can verify it later.
#3 the winning number is predetermined. E.g. #1 of the random list wins. You cant select #130 because we dont know if #130 exists.

Example. Seed: 6248DBCDB6A27E3C7D7 would be revealed later
sha256(seed) = 308a03e28e5a99f69e30d82f4462d1127756ddc7a245ef86593102d546a10965
as produced by xorbin[1] would be provided in advance.

Thanks for your post.

#1 I see your worry. I just tought that since people are willing to throw btc into ponzis so why wouldn't I try something to make a few bucks. I'm only going to take my fee. But that's just my word.
So i will look into this escrow again. but NO escrow at the moment!

#2 This looks great idea. I will go with this after i find trusted escrow. But NO escrow at the moment!

#3 Winning numbers will be first three. so by going with your example winning numbers would be 96, 10 and 35 since the list is generated from left to right. (I will update OP later)

Oh Boy!
Yet Another Gamble!

This runs 24 hours at a time and every round will have a new address and will be started manually.

This is how it works:
Sending 0.005 btc to this address: [url[/url] gives you one entry.
ANY amounts lower than 0.005 btc will be seen as donations as are deposits after the timer runs out.

Timer:
http://www.pending.me.uk/cd/bla_1421180400.png

Higher amounts does not give you any more entries only increases the winning pot and gives you one entry.
You can send multiple deposits of 0.005 btc to increase your luck.

After the timer runs out I will randomly select three (3) winner txid's who split the pot equally after I have taken my fee.

Winnings are sent within an hour when round ends.

My fee will be 2% and rest of the pot will be split equally between those three winners.

I will post winning txid's into this thread.

Good Luck!
