What i personally understood from this idea is that, this is like a lottery whereby many people buys tickets and only few winners will take all the money minus admin fees.

Not quite, half goes to the site according the information provided.

Seems like they are looking for coders from my understanding.

Bittencoin is a WIP mini-casino for Bitcoin. But we need programmers. We are planning making a small profitable site that uses Challonge! for it.

Not quite, half goes to the site according the information provided. if this is the case with them, i think it does not worth the time because nobody will get paid eventually because this is running on a shared domain.

The losers dont get anything, but the winner, Jim, earned 2x his winnings, while the other half went to the site. We reveal everything we do 'cause we're honest damnit. And yeah, that's it.

It seems like only half is being paid out while other half goes to the site unless I'm not understanding this statement correctly.

Is this a Gambling site or a Faucet site?
And seriously, can you buy at least a cheap domain rather than use the default domain.

based on what I understand its not a faucet but rather than a gambling game since there's a need of investments that could end up to either win or lose... anyways if your looking for hiring some programmers or coders you should post in the following section : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0
