i dont wanna here this what ever someone is willing to pay shit. I know that is the real price,  but the standard?
Too bad. It's worth whatever someone is selling/buying it for. Same goes for the value of the USD, and any other currency or good. There is no "standard".

I agree.

Simultaneously, around the world, people are all paying different prices for their bitcoin.

It is worth whatever somebody is willing to pay for it, at that time.

Somebody with a verified Coinbase account sees one price as "market pricing". Simultaneously, somebody without their own bank account to tie to Coinbase thinks paying 7% above MtGox on Localbitcoins.com is "market price".

That seems fair. Only problem is few sellers using bitstamp pricing. I was thinking bitcloinaverage.com, minus 3 percent for buying and plus 4 percent for selling.

Mt gox is clear bullshit, bitcoinaverage.com price seems kinda fair, but still a good amount over bitstamp. Now that Gox is on it's last leg, what can we all agree on as fair as far as the price is concerned. Come on no bullshit how much is a bitcoin worth?... i dont wanna hear this what ever someone is willing to pay shit. I know that is the real price,  but the standard? what should we be measuring against?

I have been having slow sales at 4 percent below mt gox! what should I be charging?
