Worked a few years on a similar position and thought maybe to share a tip on the matter. What's most important is to have a vast knowledge of everything that may pop up. I knew and interacted with a lot of people on these kinds of positions that had no idea how to react to certain situations that appeared. I'm just a Nobody.
We are looking for Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities
• Research the crypto landscape in target markets to choose the best partners for OKEx.
• Develop and manage business development channels with user growth strategies;
• Identify, negotiate and sign deals with new partners, and maintain good relationships with existed partners;
• Reach out to all Crypto-related KOLs and influencers for possible collaboration;
• Representing OKEx at public conferences;
• Travel internationally to perform these tasks. Both domestically and globally.


Qualification
• Strong communications (verbal and written) and leadership skills are a MUST.
• Good connections in the Blockchain industry;
• Previous Business Development, Partnerships or Sales experience;
• Experience with commercial agreements, including creating and negotiating agreements outside of standard contracts;
• Positive attitude and level-headed under pressure;
• Ability to take personal accountability and drive things to completion independently;
• "Get things done" and "Can do." mentality; Willingness to get their hands dirty.
