i have speaked with another guys, he get PIN over SMS, he logged in and all ok with his money, i think okpay have today some problems with email server. We need to wait till monday.

Thanks for the update. This sounds like the most plausible explanation. Let's hope they can fix it before monday.

Thanks for letting us know!

So the jurry is out on them for being a scam, but the fact they do not communicate the issue and give an ETA.
They delete any threads regarding this issue on their official forums.
The fact that I cannot use my own money when I need that is expected from their service makes them highly risky to use
and quite pointless frankly.

I hope we will not have to fight them, however I did make some precautionary steps.

At this point I just want them to wire back my deposited money. They failed in my book!

I could login now, they solved it. They have a scary company policy though regarding information, warnings or rather the lack of it!

I know I should have listened to you guys not using OKPAY. But I started with small amounts, tested their service and worked... I was verified, support was max 3 days to answere. Slowly they gained my trust.

I did many international USD deposits which were credited to my account and I could use the money to buy BTC on BTCE.

Now my last transfer was bigger amount which again was credited with no problem. I left the amount in good faith on my OKPAY account. Now suddenly conveniently they do not send me out the email pin anymore when I try to log in!? No email, no service error warning nothing nada.
Anyone else not receiving the email pin?

PS: Or better question to ask. Can anyone login with email pin and 4 figures USD on his account at the moment?

EDIT: No I am not US customer, I am european!
