I wouldn't really consider it safe, I just really wanted to make sure everyone are aware of that. Like PM, they are probably not as legit as other payment processors are and you have much better choices.

Yeah, all the other payment processors like Perfect Money, SolidTrustPay etc. can all pull off a scam at any moment.
And as they are being used for illegal ponzis, the government can freeze them at any time, just as they did with Liberty Reserve
