I would really like to know if it's possible to load a OKPay Mastercard with USD which is from bitcoins, litecoins, doge, etc....? Anybody?

I assumed they would be able to tell that my USD have come from btc-e, and then prevent me from loading that on my card.
I guess you could withdraw the USD from btc-e to your bank account and then transfer them to OKPAY, but whats the point of that, it just incurs more fees.
Okpay seemed good because of their low fees and min transfer amounts, the minimum bank wire transfer amounts from btc-e are a ridiculous USD1 000 ( at least for me).
And just because it says you can't there's nothing that actually prevents you from doing so.

I have applied to OKPAY to get verified, and logged in to check the status and then I saw this
ATTENTION: Due to the card issuer bank restrictions it is prohibited to pay for the OKPAY Card order and top-up by using the funds received from crypto-currency deposit or exchange.
The whole point of me signing up to OKPAY was to be able to convert crypto to USD when needed and then use their debit card.
Am I understanding this correctly?
