their rate sucks
Yeah you just go to the withdraw bit and type in an amount and it tells you how many BTC you'll get. Or the other way about actually. I forget. So type in the number of BTC you want and it tells you how much you need.
It gives you a pretty standard rate. It doesn't make you buy unless you click confirm so play about with it a bit. See if it's worth sending the money to Mt. Gox for a few bitcents extra.

i know how it can be done what i dont find is the rate (how many USD you need to get 1 btc)

anyone found anywhere what's the going rate there?
