Yes, I went back to the bank, and they confirmed that the $5000 was received by the other bank.
It has been over 1 month, and OKPAY is playing the tactic where they hope I would just give up on it.
Their last response took 1 week, and they said they received the money. But I still see no money in my account.
It will be another week or 2 before they would reply again.

Sent couple thousand using wire and it has been 3 weeks.
Opened multiple support tickets, and all but one got closed.
The one support ticket that did not get closed, they never gave me explanation as to where or when I will receive the correct amount, which will be $4980 after their $20 fee.

DO NOT ever do a wire to OKPAY, as least not from USA.
