Every company has their some kind of own internal system to prevent fraud orders, suspicious orders. if you have company then you already knew it. if you don't own or works in a finance related company you don't know it. It's simple.

Identity information information is always stored in secured system which can't be accessible by companies normal employees. It can be access by the employee who is well trained on this matter for verification purpose only. For example: A wire transfer may require receiver ID proof to show to Bank or processor banking partner, aren't your data protected with the bank or banking partner processor? If you think so then I think you didn't provided your identification information to the bank.

You can enter any word as Bitcoin wallet address. Because Bitcoin wallet address now depends on many types. Such as Starting with 3, 1, bc (SegWit new (bech32), SegWit old (P2SH)). We tried some checker system, but some wallet types address shows invalid even it was a valid wallet address. that's why we removed the checker system.

In the other hand  .io, .org domains are not good for SEO as same word matching .com domain name run same business. We tried to choose a simple and easy rememberable domain name to make an exchanger brand.

There is so much similarities in the domains. This is not good for business as just omitting letter 's' will take you to another domain. It seems that Okpay is older than okpays, why didn't you choose another domain or another extension like, .io, .org etc

@rat03gopoh, We also saw this false claim negative review. We couldn't able to identify the users details as it doesn't show us to view user email. We already sent an email to the glazok.org admin regarding this and waiting for their reply.

Regarding AML/KYC, All of our crypto transaction checked by the Exchange Service AML. Sanctioned, High risk gambling more than 69% risk level are automatically block. As per exchange service rules it's require to provide identify docs and provide source of fund document. So far I seen they even accept a chat dialogue between clients or sender about this transfer.
and without documents the transaction remain block/frozen status in the exchange service, It can't be refund or process as It's not credited to our account.

Now with those the same templates, this really looks suspicious. Especially those legit bestchange partnered sites. I know buying exchange script will be cheaper than building it from scratch. But building a legit business with a ready-to-go exchange script? it's a no-no for me.
