Not really man. Wouldn't be able to live with myself. I have more than 2000 eth under my control and I made sure everyone got paid even if it took my percentage with it. This Crypto game is so much bigger than a 1 hit thief  where I have to look over my shoulder for the rest of my life. Knowing I have the skills to make double that in a year or two. Its really not worth it to me. I am about to pull the listing anyway. You guys have given me other ideas to do with the addy's.

I have about 5 old Eth Mining addresses.  I also have other aged addresses that weren't used for Mining. Here is a example. "0xBcBD68705F376C755FF4C23CEC9D695789038870"-""0xa051bA1864E4fae1B68e9D2DEeb8948b8869D779" Not really sure what they are worth so I am looking for offers.

To be honest, i wouldn't be interested to buy the oldest wallet unless it contains some funds and you are selling cheaper than the funds it contains. Also, in the crypto space, the private key of the wallet cannot be changed, so even if someone buys these wallet, it will not be practically his wallet, we can say that it will be shared between the two (as you also know the private key however you claim you won't use it).

Think for a moment, a whale buys this wallet from you and deposits 1000+ Ethereum and you have the private key too. Would not you be tempted to withdraw that amount from that wallet. Right now you will say a big NO but when that address really have a 1000 ETH, then it will be a test of your emotions  Wink

Thanks for this info I have some early adopters addresses. I started mining Eth at .15.

Edit: I have to get more active in the crypto space. I had no idea they were giving air drops to early ETH addresses. I have BTC and LTC address from way back in the day. BTC when it was about $55 and  LTC in the pennies that was the first coin I started mining.

It is nice hearing this from you, and I can tell you that your being here was not a mistake. I believe you listen to advice, which is a good one. From what you have said, I can tell that you are an early adopter in the crypto space but void of updates and knowledge of cryptocurrency. It is not too late for you to learn more about crypto, which you can learn here on this forum. You can also read crypto news to stay updated with the latest developments in the crypto space, which will be of great help and benefit to you. As for the airdrop, it happens that way. You never can tell the project that would come up to test their chain on ld wallets just as the previous did and lots of people made fortune from that airdrop.

...The conclusion of the matter is, these retro airdrop never seize to pop-up at intervals and if this is the case then, why should I sell my old wallet that stands as a gold mine.

To get a retro airdrop, it will not be enough to just have an old wallet, it is necessary that there are many transactions on it, otherwise it will not have any value. So in any case, the buyer will pay attention to the activity of the wallet and, accordingly, the price will depend on this factor.

Why would anyone want to buy a wallet address, i have not seen that happen before, anybody can create a wallet address for themself whenever they want to.

For retro airdrop hunting purposes. Sybil airdrop hunters may purchase such wallets.

A project might have such wallets as target and launch with massive rewards, you'd wish you never sold it.

True, Op could possibly be eligible for starknet's airdrop under early adopters category.

Stumbled across some other projects top looking for old wallets with transaction history of about 2 years ago and so on.

The conclusion of the matter is, these retro airdrop never seize to pop-up at intervals and if this is the case then, why should I sell my old wallet that stands as a gold mine.

I wasnt really looking for investors that is how I got ripped off on my first 2 mines. Then finding a trustworthy investor on this platform would be hard. I have built 4 mines over the years 3 for investors and 1 my own.  I do have a plan with projections and equipment costs. This isnt my first rodeo so I do get in detail with how the money would be allocated.  I think its a better plan than the 3k gpu eth mine I built in 2016 I have recipts for that facility". I ran into a lot of growth issues with that mine. Once the coins started running growth became expensive and somewhat impossible even with connections.  I think I figured it out with this POC. Key is finding equipment either none one can operate, want or knows about. Which can be hard with mining.  Didn't think I would get this many questions and posts. I just seen a few people asking to buy addresses and decided to post mine. To see if there was a market. I dont have to sell them for a new project.  No I am just raising personal funds from all sources. Already sold a websites.

Just because that is what came to your mind and that is the first thing you would do. Not everyone in this game is a thief.  I need cash for a new project. So I decided to unload some unused assets. I dont care about the priv keys I am not that type of person if I sell something its yours.  I been mining since 2010. Been ripped off since 2010 lol. I been ripped off in this game too much to not feel that pain. I have a new project I am getting off the ground and need some extra cash to get it started. I found some used data center hardware that can work for randomX thats easily available. I built a POC and now I need to start building.  I have no need for the addresses. Most are old ETH and ETC when they were together. So they work on both networks. I will never use them again. I have my older genesis addys I am keeping especial for cashing out.

This is becoming more interesting. How come you want to dispose off an old wallet just to get cash for a project. Will the cash gotten from the wallet sales be enough to sustain the project till the finishing stage
I could imagine such scheme though but I am becoming more curious.

If you are talking of more cash to support your new project, will it not be better you come up plane to declare your project seeking for loan or investors? That alone would be more appropriate for investors to buy into your idea when you provide every necessary details about your project for them to go through.

You want to sell a wallet address that you have the keys to, so when the buyer deposits money into it, you can sweep the funds into another wallet of yours. What is it you want to achieve by selling a wallet address if not this?

We've been around long enough to know that crypto space holds loads of surprises for even the slightest things you'd never think about.

Having such an address is rare how much more two of it. Even though I believe the sale might not be outright as you might still have the private keys stored somewhere, I consider such a wallet an asset and should be preserved rather than sold.

A project might have such wallets as target and launch with massive rewards, you'd wish you never sold it.

I really do not know your motive behind this wallet sales mate. We can not tell if these wallets you put up here are hacked wallets but I would call your attention to the fact that these wallets you are putting up for sales now might get you some fortune in time to come. As you have said that they are old wallets and are mining addresses which means that these wallets can be experimented upon and I will draw your attention to what happened years past when a particular decentralized exchange (uniswap) did airdrop to old wallets and it made many people millionaires overnight. It just might happen again mate. Do not throw away an asset for some peanut.
