I totally understand the collateral meaning used in this forum as I have been watching this community for more than 3 years, and I see it's progress day by day. Maybe I expressed wrong, this is not a traditional loan, this is a business opportunity available for anybody who wants to jump in. Everybody who is willing to inspect our team and our activities during the time will understand it's potential. Please excuse me if I posted in the wrong question, but this section was the most appropriate for a request like this.

This is an investment opportunity (at the most) for any investor. Not the thing for the lenders. Here on bitcointalk even though you say to have followed for more than 3 years I doubt you have been here for more than 3hours.

What you are speaking of is giving tokens for those who are willing to lend you for marketing - its a BS excuse for getting a loan. If you dont have the funds to start a marketing then you should refrain from even starting an ICO.

Again, here a collateral is a must in order to get a loan. This collateral is generally a well traded altcoin - not a token that is going to be released in future.

Speaking of which - how do you even transfer the collateral before the crowdsale has been completed? Collateral has to be secured by the lender before the loan is started. Did you premine those tokens (which I assume that you have kept for using as collateral) or something? This is getting extremely fishy. Roll Eyes

Hello TheUltraElite,
The lend would begin on the first day of the crowdsale start, with tokens transferred instantly. This kind of activity is called Angel Investing, but you might know since you are a Hero Member on this forum. We are doing a crowdfunding to expand our project in more areas, and also our team.

I agree with both previous members.
This isn't a Loan Request from the start. It can be an investment for somebody if it sees something to your project but a lender will pass it.
Future profits or shares/tokens from a project doesn't consider as a Valid Collateral.

I believe that JJ's advice regarding your Marketing cost and payout for it is the best choise.

I would just type what you need to know and certainly will be the case around bitcointalk

- The chances of your loan getting funded are nearly zero since an ICO is involved. Also, there is no tangible collateral.

- ICO market is extremely volatile and government can incur any additional policies without a notice so chances of ICO money taken as collateral will be taking with a huge risk.

- If you still have the confidence that your ICO/Product will be a big hit, you can always pay to marketing services such a bounty campaigns in your own coin that reduces your marketing costs by 50% right?

- For the remaining 50% you can look for private investors easily.I doubt you would need this loan.

It looks like O.P can not understand a simple collateral by share is nothing.
You can't expect someone would fulfill your loan if the collateral is only by fiction token that didn't even hit on any exchange it will be hard for a lender to liquidate your token/share.

Instead of discussing collateral in private, you should discuss it here in public, otherwise people may not be interested. If you have valid collateral that is 120% of what youre asking that can be easy to liquidate in the event of a default, go on and mention what it is

As I mentioned earlier, the collateral is represented by shares, tokens that can be transferred directly, or traditional cryptocurrencies at the end of the crowdsale.
The collateral offer starts from 150% of what we receive.

Best regards,
Marinescu Adrian

Well shares are pretty much worthless since it doesnt mean the lender will get the money. Tokens from this ico arent on an exchange (unless you have tokens that are then its best to say what you have) and they are pretty much worthless in the event of a default, and future income (or in this anything received at the end of an ICO) isnt valid collateral since there is no guarantee that you will receive the income and even if you did, would repay the debt.

Why don't you start a crowdfunding.
No one would dare to loan your programming company unless either you have a valid collateral or someone believe in your project.

As I can see you have a collateral just state it here so any lender will see if it is worth their time loaning you because they can always tell if a collateral is valid or nah with insightful details.
