Also, keep in mind bitnodes is not omniscient there *might* be something older out there that someone hacked together that is still running.
It also only reports what the node itself reports. If someone mucked with the build bitnodes will report what the node says it is, not what the node is.

AND

It only reports nodes it can reach / verify, not all reachable nodes.
Subtle difference but it's there.

Well according to bitnodes in terms of software you do have this guy https://bitnodes.io/nodes/?q=Satoshi:0.8.0
I thought that the oldest running node would be after the hard fork in 2013, so the oldest working node would be starting from 0.8.1.
So these will be the oldest running nodes https://bitnodes.io/nodes/?q=Satoshi:0.8.1

Bitcoin Qt 0.8.1 helped fixed the problem. But BIP 50 explain why you still can use 0.8.0.

In order to restore a canonical chain as soon as possible, BTCGuild and Slush downgraded their Bitcoin 0.8 nodes to 0.7 so their pools would also reject the larger block. This placed majority hashpower on the chain without the larger block, thus eventually causing the 0.8 nodes to reorganise to the pre-0.8 chain.

Note that bold added by me.

As for longest running node / service. Tough to say.

If you refer to people or group who run Bitcoin full node until now, i doubt it's ACINQ since they founded in 2014. I expect it's either,
1. Certain early adopter/developer who still use Bitcoin until today.
2. One of cryptocurrency company which run until today. I recall blockchain.com and BitPay founded in 2011.
