North Korea is not going to Nuke Guam and the US is not going to strike first. I feel bad for the people of North Korea.

If they ever try that, nuke would be exploded over sea and they would be invaded like shit by usa.
Nothing good will happen if they still continue of their plan on testing their nukes. people will suffer and the enemy country of north korea will take advantage of it or provoke some countries to get angry at them. I hope and pray that they stop doing things like this and leave a peaceful life

I reckon it is not very high at the moment. For North Korea to attack any country first, basically means a total annihilation of their regime and possibly country. No matter how long it is gonna take.
I'm more worried Trump will fire first.
That would be a waste of a nuke and NK would promptly turn into a crater.
I'd say there's a better than fifty percent chance of them firing in the general direction of Guam. I think the threat they publicized said that they would launch within 20 miles of the shore, but I'm not positive. And really who can you believe anymore. Even if they launch and miss their 20 mile off the cost of Guam target, I don't see good things from any of this. I wonder if we are speeding toward the point of no return.
