I bet he wants you to contact him, then he promises 50btc loan, but you have to "verify your wallet" by sending him "proof of satoshi" (an oxymoron phrase used by scammers usually) in the amount of say 100$. Otherwise "how would they know that you're the owner of the address?"
Do not trust this piece of garbage. Same african scam that runs through this forum. Mods should really take measures.
For example - posts containing words as "mt799", "remittance", "fund", and phrases as "proof of satoshi", should automatically be tagged as high fraud risk.
