So what did I buy? Newbie rank? 0 trust score? Default merit that wasn't even implemented yet in times when I returned on forum again? You should atleast to check that I got all ranks starting in 2017, when returned in cryptocurrency. And of course, Newbie accounts with 15 posts are the sweety target for "hackers" like me. Your conclusions look like completely brain dead and disgusting. I would not explain why did I stop mining on my desktop PC in 2011 and left cryptocurrency for a while till it became a world trend in 2017 because as I see, no one cares about it and I don't feel such necessity. False conclusions of random guy are much more important for everyone than proofs somehow, he is calling someone scammer/hacker and ruin accounts due to his owns "pretty clear". I hope this lawlessness will be stopped asap and you will be excluded from DT list once again due to such absurd.

your English was perfect and now you sound like a 3rd worlder who has swallowed a thesaurus and every translate program out there..

There are only 2 possible ways for someones language skill to deteriorate so quickly, 1) you are a professional boxer who is punch drunk, 2) you had car/horse riding/climbing accident and are brain damaged. So even though your arguments are making me lean towards the second scenario I do wholeheartedly agree with Thepharmacist.

So if the 2nd scenario is true, sign a message with one of those 2011 sexy 50BTC blocks.. or fuck off and shut up as you are a lying cunt.

I understand that there is a privileged group of people who can do whatever they want and never be punished. They never apologize to people who were offended or injured by them. But it is very unpleasant and disgusting for me.
None of that is true, however.  I got booted off DT a couple months ago when two DT1 members excluded me from their trust lists, and I've seen quite a few DT members get "punished" by being booted off as well--and I've only been a member here since 2015.  One would think an old-time member such as yourself, who registered in 2011, would also have seen examples of that.

I have apologized to people when I've left trust erroneously.  It just happened yesterday, in fact.  There was a member who'd posted in an account sale thread where he made a joke by naming a price and had followed up that post with "just kidding", which I missed.  That was my fault for not noticing it, and I apologized.  I'm not trying to leave negative trust wrongly.

In your case, it's pretty clear that you're not the original owner of that account, and I've been leaving negs for account buyers and sellers since 2016.  People who buy accounts are usually going to use them either to scam or to shitpost in a signature campaign.  They're buying a name, a rank, possibly a trust score, and now merits that they didn't earn.  It's dishonest and harmful to the forum as a whole.  Account sellers are facilitating this, and the whole process encourages account farming which in turn promotes shitposting, since when farmers rank up an account they really don't care about how good their posts are.

It's either that, or you hacked the account.  Either way it's untrustworthy, hence your feedback.

No, account sales aren't illegal by bitcointalk "law", but neither is scamming.  However, there are quite a few members here who take offense to both of these things and tag members engaged in them accordingly.  The community has to police itself.  Again, if you've been a member here since 2011 you should know that.

2. Is intentional slander a crime? I mean, intentional blaming of a person in something that he didn’t commit and inflicting moral suffering because of that is a crime, isn’t it? In most countries, it IS a crime.

You really have no business citing law if you don't understand a simple concept like slander.

Do you talk about defamation (libel)? OK. I fixed it.

1. Do you believe in the presumption of innocence? If the fault of the person is not proven, then the person is not guilty. As a result of this, if there is no evidence that I'm a hacker or scammer, I am honest person, by definition. If no, so mark everyone as red and ask to prove your honesty to Pharmacist, lol.

2. Is intentional slander a crime? I mean, intentional blaming of a person in something that he didn’t commit and inflicting moral suffering because of that is a crime, isn’t it? In most countries, it IS a crime.

3. What exact rules of this forum were violated by me? I understand, that «The Pharmacist» thinks he is the law, however, I have a doubt about it. Is the fact that I wasn’t active on a forum for a couple of years says that I suddenly became a bad (untrusted) person? I am not so crazy to hack useless account with 15 messages and then go path to Full Member, WTF???

4. Is expressing own thoughts prohibited? Even if it is three words stupid joke or something like this? Does bitcointalk.org country have a freedom of speech? Does it have a censorship? Does it support the infringement of human rights?

5. Is power abuse a sufficient ground to fire a person from the position that is too hard for him to handle? Why no one cares about it??? What if tomorrow he will dislike - you, your english, your thoughts or your time spent on forum?

You're not in court. Even if you were, proving slander involves a lot more than just saying that's not true, not to mention that The Pharmacist's feedback seems to be factual.

Your trust rating is not about forum rules or "thoughts" and it does not prevent your from exercising your free speech. It highlights the fact that you have a suspicious 6-year (not "a couple of years") gap in your posting history.

This post contains so many fallacies that it is "brain-cell-damaging" to the reader. The only missing cancerous ingredient is appealing to some religious nonsense ("god shalt punish you").

I've checked out your case. This account does not belong to you, and making this appeal while being a fraud makes it even worse. I would be really surprised if OP doesn't have alt accounts.

Greetings everyone!

I would like to ask people to express their opinion about the interesting situation I had recently. The reputable member with the nickname «The Pharmacist» blamed me in some dirty things, the results of this indictment you can see in my trust section.

I understand that there is a privileged group of people who can do whatever they want and never be punished. They never apologize to people who were offended or injured by them. But it is very unpleasant and disgusting for me.

I thought this forum is about blockchain and cryptocurrencies - what means independence and decentralization, but both those principles are ruined by few members like Pharmacist, that mark everyone as scammers with their own purpose and own assumptions.

Forum accounts are been ruined every day because Pharmacist dislikes someone's posts or make absurd conclusions. I would like to ask DT1 trust members or admins to stop this lawlessness. Why may such individuals ruin single accounts with their own assumptions that don't have anything related to rules? There are moderators to check posts quality and "report moderator" button to show the violations. If you believe that such Pharmacists are doing well I guess their own rules and assumptions should be stated in public rules FOR EVERYONE, not for some unlucky users only.

There is no even any possibility to appeal about such kind of outrage. If Pharmacist believes that my English isn't good enough to be a member of Bitcointalk I will be always shown as scammer and thief. That's quite stupid, hello!

I also would like to hear your opinion about the whole situation:

2. Is intentional slander defamation (libel) a crime? I mean, intentional blaming of a person in something that he didn’t commit and inflicting moral suffering because of that is a crime, isn’t it? In most countries, it IS a crime.

3. What exact rules of this forum were violated by me? I understand, that «The Pharmacist» thinks he is the law, however, I have a doubt about it. 5. Is power abuse a sufficient ground to fire a person from the position that is too hard for him to handle? Why no one cares about it??? What if tomorrow he will dislike - you, your english, your thoughts or your time spent on forum?
