Canada was the first to test a digital currency. It happened in 2015 it was called mintbit. They are not ready to adopt any form of digital currencies yet but the future comes fast with crypto. Good on China to take the initiative.

I dint understand the quote in Chinese but if it is really happens I will be the person who really wanted buy from outside the china atleast am having plan to go China in that time I can use if it really happens.
