This is a common inquiry so I will also post info here:
Shipping to the US is about 1.2BTC (trading @ ~$2.30) and most international shipping is about double that. This is sent by Canada Post "Light Packet" which is the most economical method. It does not have a tracking number, but it is insured and I have yet to have any problems. I can do shipping with a tracking number but then shipping costs go well above $15. Shipping charges are also per order, not per stone, so if you want to buy more than one stone, the shipping charge is the same.
