✅ Need Campaign Manager? TG > @TalkStar675
I doubt the account changed hands. Account is still using the same ETH address in his current signature campaign.
He joined Sedocoin signature bounty here- https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.49547293
Check the spreadsheet- https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17JHCQBnFC70s1oyQC_MLJYQW7sZ298RrAmmRsw4BV0Q/edit#gid=968470086
The user registered at no #55 and used the same ETH address.
Without enough evidence we can't take decision about anyone . Yeah your investigation have got sense. But If we think another possibility that this user could be a victim of hacking.

On the other hand this guy is a Alt account holder that you already mentioned on thread. This is enough for him to get tagged IMO.

There's a posting gap from May 2018 to Jan 19. Opens up another possibility that this account was sold or maybe hacked. Considering the history of this account looks this it's another account farmer from Indonesia which usually sold ETH in exchange for cash. So yeah it's still possible that this guy, at one point, interacts with the owner of the hacker address (does this mean the hacker is Indonesian though? Hmm). Still need further research though.

I just have wanted to share this, that doesn't necessarily mean that rencong bitcoin is the hacker or he/she knows the hacker. I found an address from the user's profile which is connected with cryptopia hack 1 wallet.

User- rencong bitcoin
Archive link- https://archive.is/ymhTg
Address- 0x2D5B82c5F050e0f776e416583649C5763C52231c

On June 22, 2018, I found a transaction of 0.015 ETH from that address to this address- 0xf9d0486192a4DA264915cE94c2ADfa3b389Ac26f
Transaction Link- https://etherscan.io/tx/0xad1052c7f31a5e27e618f04ec6214bac575b43dfbd6307a9a506697157525e63

On January 15, 2019, from this address, 0.01374 ETH was sent to cryptopia hack address- 0xc8B759860149542a98a3eB57C14AADf59D6d89b9
Transaction Link- https://etherscan.io/tx/0x303fdae0ef166fa042f28790c3f71538dc35439cecbf6b49949fe079385868be

Some points to be noticed here-
1. The address where user rencong bitcoin sent 0.015 ETH was never used without these two transaction.
2. user rencong bitcoin sent 0.015 ETH to this address on June 22, 2018 which is 250+ days ago from now. Cryptopia hack was done recently.
3. The address (where user rencong bitcoin sent 0.015 ETH) sent 0.01374 ETH to cryptopia hack address after the cryptopia hack. That means logically he/she must have known the cryptopia hacker, either by physically or virtually. No fucking dumb will knowingly sent ETH to that address.

user rencong bitcoin probably knows whom he/she sent 0.015 on June 22, 2018. You must have notice a point that at that time the price of ETH was around $550, 0.015 ETH= $8.25 which was not a big deal.

Again, I want to say that I just have shared the information here. I don't know what the actual connection of this user rencong bitcoin to that cryptopia hack address.
I found this from an attempt to find some alt accounts. This user is probably using bunches of alt in Sedocoin bounty.
