I got the repeated 'everything should be ok now, please verify' a few times then they closed ticket and I flipped out, then they sent me a 'sorry its taking so long it will be fixed soon' two days ago.  Since then nothing.  Any other issues since have cleared up quickly but this one is getting retarded.  It isn't a huge amount compared to some traders but its around 1 BTC worth and too me that is a lot so I just want it solved sooner than later.

It gets worse. I had my first withdrawal returned to me so that my balance was back to normal. So I tried to withdraw to a different quark address. The status of that is now "Pending" and my credits are back to zero.

I am in the exact same boat.  I made a deposit of SRC and its been missing for a week now as well.  Still waiting.

What kind of responses have you been getting from them? Are they saying that the deposit is appearing in your account when they look at it?

My deposited WDC are missing for 2 days. Was told Vern needs to manually solve each of these cases and the list is very long.
What can you do....at least its only 80 bucks or so, should they go up in value before I eventually get the it will be a positive. The opposite, not so much.

My coins have not moved. They got to the deposit address and the system failed to move them from there.

JC, thanks for the feedback. Sometimes a person feels all alone in these matters. I guess misery loves company.

But I haven't heard anyone else who has waited a week. That's what really makes me lose all hope. If they can't fix it in a week I don't have any confidence they can fix it any time soon with the volume of mess-ups they have. I'm not willing to wait months for them to get things resolved.

I put in a deposit with Cryptsy on November 28th, 1 week ago today. So far when I log in to see my balance that deposit does not show.

I have received several emails closing my Helpdesk ticket including an email from John stating that the deposit should have gone through. I recently received an email from Tech Support stating they have a record of my deposit yet I still don't see it in my account.

I tried to withdraw what few coins I did have showing in my account and was shown "Internal error has occured" and my balance went to 0. When I read of the Sheep Market Scam where thieves made someone's balance appear like it was still there even after they drained it, it makes me wonder if hackers have infiltrated Cryptsy and are making it look like my coins were stolen and Cryptsy is seeing a phantom balance.

I sent an email stating that if Cryptsy can see my deposit that if they send back the full amount to the originator I would be OK with that. If that is successful I will be happy to report back in this thread that I have received my coins back.

Come on, it's been a week now. I understand the uptick in traffic and the volume of Helpdesk tickets but this was before all that transpired. Please return the coins back to the sender so people will know your site is safe. I've been patient enough.
