I think all those who are scamming will anyways be responsible for their act as they cannot take somebody else money and run away . They need to understand that either they just use their own money and do whatever they want to do it else they would have to face the actions as per the law.
One more person from Delhi has been arrested by the Pune Police in connection with the Gainbitcoin scam. The person is from the Vikaspuri area Delhi. Looks like person was one of those super elite members of this scam. Unfortunately this news has not been covered in mainstream English or Hindi news media.
