as a newbie, you have to wait 360 seconds after EVERY action, this includes login and search IIRC.

I know it can be a long 6 minutes sometimes if you post then you need to wait a few more too

yeah i tried many times and everytime i get the same message!
waited for whole day still the same
Did you try immediately after logging in and got the message? Because "logging in" counts as "posting" for some weird reason and you will get the message if you logged in less than 6 minutes before you're trying to post.
