Do you reckon this is the end of OneCoin?

This is probably it for them. The project has already been exposed many months ago and I have not read or heard any new victims. This arrest should serve as a warning to those who would still try to run ponzi schemes and use crypto as a means.

One Ponzi down a few more to go. I just hope that the FBI hasten to find more Ponzi based crypto, they make cryptocurrency looks worse. With all their shitty stuff, I still can't believe that people still believe in their fake promises.

Hope that most of the scammers will be caught and go to jail. The market of ICO needs to be cleaned from such persons and become more transparent and fair.

This was on the cards as there was no blockchain network and the people behind onecoin were just deceiving people by calling it a coin like bitcoin, they were running a straight forward mult level ponzi scheme and nothing else, i hope police and law enforcement agencies will become more pro active and catch such fake projects before they scam innocent people.
Scam would really be completely be stopped if theres no one would able to be fooled and knowledgeable on how crypto works or even as simple on knowing on whats blockchain is.Proper knowledge
is the main weapon for you on not on being scammed that's why we have seen that there are still people who fall to these obvious scams because of their greed and jumping directly without even knowing on how do it works or simply just making verifications.

Unfortunately, some people are very gullible and would easily fall into scam project whether knowingly or unknowingly, it only takes a little convincing before some people just blindly jump into some project with any proper research, although many are trying so hard to uncover the true identity of such project but it's not easy task, i hope the Fed's continue to hunt them down.

This is one of the best news I have heard so far in this year 2019, I always told people that onecoin was a ponzi and not actually a crypto project, but people who are very ignorant always argue with me telling me that it is not a scam and will soon trade on exchange.

Now, they will see that I wasn't just talking because I hated the project but because they were actually a scam. I am just helping that they will also be able to get the owner of TBC too.

Maybe this arrest is one good case for some level of regulation within the cryptospace. However, onecoin was never really a cryptocurrency since it was not bases on any blockchain,it was just some fraudaters capitalizing on people' s ignorance on how the blockchain works to scam them. They basically ran a ponzi scheme, promised investors huge returns, that they will be listed on exhanges and even trade at values higher than those of bitcoin.

onecoin is detrimental to many others. this is a very dangerous scheme. I am happy if the onecoin project ends. some countries have banned onecoin. because onecoin is only a ponzi scheme project that uses crypto brands.

In early March, the FBI arrested the leader of One Coin Konstantin Ignatov. He is the younger brother of Ruja Ignatova who was the previous leader of One Coin. Konstantin was arrested on March 6, 2019, in Los Angeles. One coin is one of the most talked-about cryptocurrency pyramid schemes/scams in the world. They have an acclaimed user base of 3 million people. They have been investigated multiple times, charged by various governments, yet somehow they still remain in business. Another thing is their obsessive followers. They're almost like a cult and they do not believe anything that disbelievers say. It almost seems like they have been trained on how to view criticism about OneCoin. However, the OneCoin scheme has brought in more than $4 billion from its users worldwide.

OneCoin has had many legal issues over it's life-span. They don't have an actual blockchain and the price of their coin is managed internally.
Also, they do not sell cryptocurrency, but "educational" materials ranging from $100 to $220,000, and their community seems like a cult.
What's behind this? We dug a little deeper.

it will be the end of onecoin. Ponzi schemes or onecoin pyramid schemes will not last long. I doubt the existence of onecoin will last long. Bitcoin foundation executive director also commented on onecoin. Bruce Fenton said that onecoin is very dangerous, not recommended and will end in a short time. onecoin has fake blockchain data.

Didn't see that coming, US officials are fast on catching these scammers.

US is really clamping down hard everything illegal that involves crypto so don't be surprised here.

It's obviously that they are running ponzi scheme, so it's just about time that they have been arrested and stop on their tracks. How many more they going to victimized here? And how about the people behind these project? For sure they are living lavishly because of other people's money so yes, this is a good news that they have been arrested and hope that they will face justice.

OneCoin is really a dark side of crypto. Really unbelievable what kind of money they have taken with this scam. Hopefully they will find all the cheaters, who are behind onecoin.
