This is a piece of important information and I hope the newbies won't fall for this excuse purpose to scam people again because whoever is in the video is totally not Ruja Ignatova, it someone believes wear a mask to impersonate her because what I read is that she's behind the bar but it still crazy how people think they could just come up with this lies and the community will believe them.

Thanks a lot for the video, I think it's of a great importance to warn users about its appearance. I feel like the OneCoin scam hasn't been exposed well enough around the internet and I somehow feel responsible to expose it or any reappearance of it no matter in what form. I even translated it to my local board for those who speak my language to notice it.

The actor is a Russian speaking, and Ruja is a Bulgarian. There are quite many differences in the pronunciation of some English words from the video posted above and this old video of Ruja from London 2016. Even pronouncing her own name is wrong. Russian is much "softer" language than Bulgarian and it's easy for a native speaker to make the difference. I as a native Bulgarian can confirm that this is not her, based on the voice and language characteristics. Any other Bulgarian can confirm that.

The video on YouTube must have been cut out due to some technical difficulties in which Ruja Ignatova's deepfake-face was separated from the original actor. Some also claim that in the the last seconds of the original video, people in the background who appear to be Russians say that the video is perfect.

Regardless of whether it is fake or not, OneCoin is a scam project.

Hand are more masculine and they don't exactly match old videos of Ruja with painted fingernails, but to really understand you need to compare it with some of the older videos of Ruja.
her fingers and her accent are the first things I noticed that don't add up after watching this video and older videos of her on youtube. sure accent can change but on this latest video, her accent is incredibly thick compared to her softer accent on her older videos. her fingers are a lot bulkier compared to her thinner fingers on her older videos.

I do find the way she blinks quite peculiar, and it looks like the lips just freeze occasionally. What particular segments look fake to you dkbit98?
Notice how he (she) has all black clothes and only face is all white, eyes are not moving and if you zoom in you can see that something is wrong with upper part of the forehead.
Speech patterns are weird, it looks like that actor has probably Russian or ex Soviet Union origin (Ruja was Bulgarian) and it's obvious that actor is reading some written script

Why on Earth would someone who stole 230,000 BTC and went into hiding come back to scam more using the theme "to change the world?"
Simple scam, rinse and repeat.

Or some other copycat out there using here popular face?
It could prolly be, I mean, after the success of the first scam, someone could decide to impersonate the scammer and try if people will fall yet again, people do not really do their research and most times greed and the desire of 'getting rich quick' will make them to be easily deceived. The thing is the initial scam was a popular one, so this could be counterproductive as anyone who has previously heard of it would detect this scam easily, but if not some people may be 'fooled' by the donations/resources BS.

I don't have much experience with DeepFake videos so I might be missing the obvious features that would reveal that the video is fake. Or more precisely, that the face has been altered using a computer software. I do find the way she blinks quite peculiar, and it looks like the lips just freeze occasionally. What particular segments look fake to you dkbit98?

A lot of time has passed since the original scam. New investors and holders have entered the space and they will be the new targets.

If it's a copycat, then they are sure as hell very stupid.
Even a stupid and obvious scam causes naïve people to lose money. Never underestimate the stupidity of those who believe they just discovered the next thing that will make them rich.

Beware of new Ruja Ignatova DeepFake video made with hired actor, and posted on Yotube asking people for donations to help their scam project relaunch.
She (or he) claims that she doesn’t have access to the old account, so starting with new page after waiting for long time, she is back to change the world  Cheesy.
If you observe closely you will see that face is not acting normally and it is added later to this body with DeepFake techonology.

What is important to be noticed from her (his) speech is next few lines:
''Key people from my team turned out to be traitors and I have no access to servers or funds…''
''We need resources. And I want to hire the best blockchain experts…''
''I need donations and funding from you.''

Original OneCoin scam was started back in 2014 and it turned out to be one of the biggest ponzi schemes in history, made by Bulgarian fraudster creator Ruja Ignatova (The Cryptoqueen) that is still missing since 2017, and she is sentenced for up to 90 years jail time.
She was known to have several diplomatic passports and probably around 230,000 Bitcoin, so she certainly don't need any ''donation'' from anyone.
