First thing to do is to contact OneHash if you have any funds there and tell them that you need to use a VPN or TOR browser in order to access the site.If they don’t agree then you can gently give them a btc address where you ask them to send the remaining funds there. In the end you create a new account there from a different IP from a country which accepted and always use that IP to play there.

There are services that provides you to access restricted websites if your IP is block due to your own countries laws. You can use application such as VPN to change your Ip address to different location or socket same as vpn but no need the use of application, you can do it in your browser.
If any of those doesn't work contact the site, if you need to withdraw or refund your money.

he can contact the site but how can he do it if he cant access the site  ? to do this ,  he can follow your suggestions  but socket is not free afaik .  ip or proxy address yes but this is hassel to set up if he is a newbie  , better if he can only use a vpn so that he will only download install it and run . im only wondering how he sign up before or maybe he already use a vpn before  ? or what if he didnt know that he use some kind of proxies or vpn and access the site which gives him this error   .

If you are using a VPN just to abide by country restrictions of the site just make sure it is the same IP server address upon the next login. But if I were in your place, I do not use a gambling platform that restricted in my country and use a VPN, the result will probably like this. Nevertheless, no one will help you here, just only advice. Try to reach out to their support team and to have a reconsideration of this case.
...

This is spot on for what happens when U.S. players use VPN's on newly formed casinos. I haven't played on OneHash so I can't speak on them, but if you hit big as a U.S. player and use a VPN to play, you're getting KYC'd. If you bother to trust a random online bitcoin casino based in Curacao and send in your documents, they'll get rejected every time and your winnings will be forfeited.

If you want to bypass the message, a VPN is an easy fix but don't play on an unrepeatable casino that will ask for verification for withdrawal if you hit big.

Hello.

I got this message today on screen when I want to log into OneHash site that my IP is blocked.

Based on your IP we determined that you are based in United States.

According to our Licence we cannot operate in the USA, the Netherlands, France, Poland, Curacao and Dutch West Indies.

All the other locations are welcome

Here you have screen from OneHash.

Do you know what to do now? Thanks for any advices.

You cant do anything about it since its part of their rules where they dont accept users that are from USA and so as with other countries.

If you do have funds into your account then its unlikely that you would retrieve it since you have violated thats why its important to look up
for terms first before playing into a particular site.

You can have option though on accessing the site via VPN but well the risk is there because once you've been caught then you would still
end up on the same problem.
If there is no KYC requirement and unless OP has won a big amount, it is understandable to use KYC for a case. Suggestions regarding using the USA player accepted gambling platforms can be misleading because the mutual betting is only available on Betfair(traditional) and Onehash. OP, what about 5dimes and Bovada?

So I think that's that. My funds are safe but I can play at OneHash any time i want with VPN. Case closed, I think?

Yes, case closed but "for the meantime".

The same problem might happen in the future since you are bypassing the IP logs.

Anyways, if you accept and understand the risks then go. After all, OneHash is the only mutual betting site I know here in the crypto-gambling world.

You may also consider locking this thread if there's no other concern.

If OP is from the US, he should just follow the casino TOS.  Stop playing from there because bypassing it through VPN or TOR will only bring more trouble to him in the future.  There are lots of cases where a certain US citizen won a huge amount of money but due to the implementing TOS, they are unable to withdraw any amount the had won.  Worst they even have trouble withdrawing the amount of money they deposited.

The best he can do is just ask for the refund of the remaining amount of his deposited money and move on.

OP, are you from US? If yes, according to OneHash TOS and their license, people from US aren't allowed to play there. So, I think you should follow their rules if you want to avoid problems like block of account or lock of funds. Offcourse using VPN or proxy is an option, but risk still remains. Using VPN also goes against rules, so if they will find it, they may block your account.

Use TOR browser.
Go here: https://www.torproject.org/
Download the browser and then install it. Open it and use it.
You can also link your Firefox with TOR.

It's free method however you can buy a good VPN for better speed.

Thank you for your comment. It was helpful. Now i can log into my account easily. I didn't know that changing the IP could be so quick Grin

^ That is the reason why gamblers should always read the TOS of the gambling site. If you are using a VPN just to abide by country restrictions of the site just make sure it is the same IP server address upon the next login. I checked my mail and I got this message from OneHash team lately:

On Monday (May 4th, 2020), we will introduce a mechanism allowing to check the login IP and restricting access to our Games and Betting for listed Geolocations.

Rest assured, your funds are safe, while your deposit & withdrawal functions will be available as always. Please be informed that access to OneHash will be available from all the other locations (or IPs).

So, if I'm not mistaken, I can easily manage my funds from my actual IP.

So I think that's that. My funds are safe but I can play at OneHash any time i want with VPN. Case closed, I think?

If your account that has been blocked and have some amount to lose, try to follow what boyptc or Royse777 said.

Contact their profile account here. Since you didn't read their TOS or remember the way you register there and not have been restricted instantly (coz you probably used vpn/tor).

^ It is considered as a trap to those gamblers who did not read policies of such gambling sites platform. Instead, they will automatically block the site once they have detected from a restricted IP address and if you have resided in the US which is restricted.
Nevertheless, thank you for these explanations. Probably it is also starting to us as a gambler that we should have mandatory to read first casino policies before we proceed to deposit our money. I felt sad about the OP's story.
If OP did send a deposit on his account before getting restricted he should be able to get his money back but it could take time though or he could use tor if his account is still available to withdraw. In most cases like these where casinos don't allow existing users because of their terms and conditions they usually give their money back in the end so there's nothing to feel bad about.

OneHash already good giving the warning before the user was register and deposit to their platform, other casinos sometimes just put a policy some county was restricted without banning or give a warning from each country that they listed. Because of that, some user from a banned country still register, deposit, and play to the casino since they do not read the policy and the cassino not make a warning before he registers to the website.

If you are a citizen of the USA then it's normal for you. If you are not then you should use the TOR browser that has already said by Royse777 . But if you are a citizen of the USA then the site should be avoided by you. Otherwise, there may any problem come in the future even you can lost your account and money on the site.

No need to contact the support, cause we already know the answer what they will give to the @OP. USA cannot use the casino due the regulation, using the same still not make ur account is safe. The problem not always on the policy & regulation from the casino and country but also does not forget the problem with the betting activity. Went the cassino see a strange activity from the account, they will make due diligence from the account and make the user do a "KYC". Now went they asking u to do "KYC" and u give them ID/Passport from USA that would be a problem for the @OP.

There a few cases like this went someone who already knows the USA was restricted by the casino and still keeps avoiding the warning bypassing with a VPN. And they got security checker went casino asking the ID but unfortunately the ID was from the USA  and cassino cannot process all the data. Then the customer blaming the platform casino cause holding his asset by using "scam" word to the casino when the problem was made by himself cause avoiding the warning.

OneHash already good giving the warning before the user was register and deposit to their platform, other casinos sometimes just put a policy some county was restricted without banning or give a warning from each country that they listed. The question is do you have funds left on your account? try to access it via vpn or the TOR suggested by the users to see if your account is not blocked since if they block request to their support for balance withdrawal but if you still like to play then use the recommended apps or browser so that you wouldn't get any problem.

The best option for u.

Do not play on the casino went they blocked ur country, there a restricted for each country regarding the policy and regulation. If you keep avoiding the warning by using VPN went u got a problem regarding ur asset and account then they need to make a verification ID for your account. That's would be hard for u to verification the account, the worst thing they will never release ur fund and locked ur account, you should know the risk went bypass the warning from them.
