After roughly more than 38 hours of waiting my withdrawal has been successfully processed. My suggestion to the owner is improve your system with regards to the withdrawal. Waiting for 38 hours is no joke. All customer service representatives are useless since they can't process withdrawals all they say is to " wait for the process" "they apologize for the delay" "withdrawals are delayed because of holiday".

My withdrawal request in OneHash is pending for more than 36 hours already and customer service representatives keep telling me it's because of the holidays. I just don't get it why the holidays could affect withdrawals.

It's more than 24 hours already since my withdrawal is "unconfirmed" . Anyone of you guys experiencing the same? Their customer service representatives are online but they keep saying withdrawal is delayed due to holidays. I really hope you guys should do something with this matter.

14 hours passed already and my withdrawal is still not processed. Customer service representatives keep telling me to wait. I hope you guys can really look into this withdrawal waiting issue. Thank you

Hello Onehash team. I've been waiting for my withdrawal for almost 7 hours already and my withdrawal is still "UNCONFIRMED" , my deposit however have almost more than 6 confirmations already , I hope you guys can process it. I've talked to your Customer Service Representatives but all their saying was too wait but I guess 7 hours is already enough. I hope you can take action on this , thank you. Your site has a lot of potential because the interface is smooth and user friendly. The problem is just the withdrawal taking too long. I hope you can do some improvements with this regard.
