It might be a driver issue or the current onekey wallet version does not support the latest version of Electrum.
You might need to upgrade onekey or use a lower version of Electrum.
Or if not try to reinstall the driver using Zadig you can download it here https://zadig.akeo.ie/

Yes, sorry for that. If i will connect the wallet it shows the error message:
trezor: (error getting device infos)
Unsupported device
The wallet is rdy to connect so i typed in my pin. If i try to connect to another app like trezor it works.
