I transferred some onions from Kucoin to my Onion wallet and the transfer was almost immediate. I did the same on Cryptopia and after 1 hour it is still pending on Cryptopia. Is that normal? What there is such as big difference?
I do feel Cryptopia is kinda low on the standard scale when compared to Kucoin. So I am not surprised that they're delaying so much. I had sent Kucoin and Cryptopia support some correspondence. Kucoin guys were much faster in responding back to me vs Cryptopia. This could also be because Cryptopia might more 'busier'.
So no, you're not the only one who has faced some delays when it comes to Cryptopia.
PS: I hate that Kucoin uses Google 2fa.
