Isn't there any script or something of that sort that can check the balance of an address and push the transaction after confirming the private key? No other features necessary?

You can use Brainwallet [1]. It does the action you want but it isn't really an online wallet, it's a java script.

I'll try and see if this does what I am looking for. Thx MZ Smiley

but you should use offline wallet like bitcoin core itself
we can't trust any online service, desktop wallets are best

I have electrum but as I stated above, I sometimes am away from my computer and need to send bitcoin and thats where I use blockchain wallet. I will look into your suggestions of green address and dark wallet. Thx Smiley

Remember Dark Wallet is chrome extension but if you know the phrase, you can install chrome extension and just enter the phrase to ope your wallet. If anything goes wrong or you couldn't understand, post here, me or anybody other will help you. Smiley

Ok, there are web wallets listed here: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

How secure are these? Does anybody has any info or experience using these, I know coinbase and it's just a pain in the ass, how about others?

If you can use computer-wallets, I highly recommend you to use Multibit or Electrum. If you want an online wallet, you can use Green Address or DarkWallet(Beta). Smiley

Not looking to migrate or anything, but just looking for other available options, sometimes I don't have access to my personal computer and an on-line wallet which has the ability to import a key and send bitcoin comes in real handy.

I think there are no online wallets currently. If you want to migrate from Blockchain because of their maintenance, please be patient, it will be fixed soon!

The tweet by Blockchain is below. This tweet was 12 hours before, so I think it will come soon. Smiley
