It is better that we should be cautious about a site claiming that they already running since whatever year they claim. There might be a situation where the previous site is gone and they made a new one but still I am worried about myself if ever I use their service to start my own casino. Yes, that's how it works, unfortunately, they haven't established their names in the gambling industry, no feedbacks whatsoever so who wouldn't trust a services like that? Besides, for sure this will involved big money (BTC), and casino owners will rather stick to the old and reliable service provider (no offense to the OP).
