Online dating since before has a large of audience Even current websites now have a.large number of users, going into a.blockchin based project seems to be not usual to.me because nowadays everything is based on blockchain based in order yo speed up the processed and i am in favor of this. I have though about peer reviewed dating a lot and how crypto and blockchain can be integrated in that.
However, I think that such a system will be easily manipulated by fake accounts, giving ratings to manipulate one's score.
Not an easy job, but if it can be done the right way, we will see much safer and better future for dating.

There are no killer apps yet, and even the ones with huge market industries fail to take off. Why? Too many competitors,,, fighting for so small userbase.

It will of course be a very interesting thing. We know the outlook when it comes to online dating and it is indeed a very big space on its own and with the way we are seeing our dating apps are changing with the use of blockchain technology, it is obvious this is one space where there would be disruption with the blockchain technology. Well, it is not like I am surprised actually, judging from how the blockchain technology is going to end up penetrating every sphere of life and with the way things are going, I am pretty sure, we are approaching that moment where we will get to see that happening. one thing that blockchain can always help with is data, as well as the decentralization of it, which is something I believe can easily be applicable to the way dating online goes and would be a great benefit to that space actually. If we focus on the profitability part of a blockchain, dating apps can be definitely introduced. These sort of features have a lot of demand worldwide. However, in my opinion, blockchain should be used to solve our problems rather than making profit from it. There's a few projects in the dating space that are blockchain based. On one hand, security and encryption are a great benefit for participants. However, blockchains have a nature of permanency, which I believe is write a huge drawback.

More importantly, how difficult is it to match UI and simplicity of other apps? If it's difficult/impossible, I don't see anyone adopting this type of application.
