The fraudster sends an e-mail to an unsuspecting job seeker who has posted a resume on HotJobs, Monster, or a similar site. The e-mail may indicate the job seeker is perfect for a “National Accounts Manager” position acting on behalf of a group of “independent distributors, well-known in Europe selling electronics,” who want to enter the U.S. market. The job seekers use their bank account to receive funds and wire proceeds from the “large equipment sales” to the “company headquarters” overseas, usually in Latvia, Estonia, Romania, or Cyprus. The job seeker then keeps 8% of the transferred funds as his commission.

Other job seekers are recruited and paid to forward merchandise to con artists. This job seeker, hired as a middleman, forwards the package overseas. The scammed seller receives nothing for the merchandise.

I'm not sure what you're asking for here. Escrow service or you just complain to one of the well-known fraud schemes.
Do online job search platforms not have their escrow integrated inside, why not use them if everything is legal?

there are a lot im not sure which .... i was asking for something someone here use

The escrows aavaible on this forum is trusted one
(₿ LIST ₿ Bitcointalk's ESCROW providers: Ranking & Blacklist ☠ Avoid Scam ☠) and usually the trusted escrow person do not scam. However, if you are looking for onlince escrows, then there is no grantee if the escorw are legit or not. Sadly, people make the escorw companies to scam both the parties.

well if its from bitcointalk its safe to me !! i will try them with my clients thank you very much

We still can't guarantee even if we are in Bitcointalk money can change the mind of the people so if you are dealing with large amount of money better split it up on multiple trusted member to avoid any unfortunate scamming events. We know this is hassle but as long as our money is safe we shouldn't mind it.

yes, here on Bitcointalk you will find an escrow service of trust.
Regardless, you still need to be careful here. check existing reputation first, whether the user is regularly active here on the forum. you also always need to make your first contact here, so only after confirmation on Bitcointalk can one move on to some quick form of communication, Telegram or something else.
there are many impersonators who pretend to be someone else.

Apart from being based on a high reputation, choosing an escrow service must also be based on their experience in handling certain transactions. Scammers usually use platforms where they know the downside such as transactions can be reversed/cancelled. You should look for an escrow service that is familiar with the payment platforms so you can avoid the worst of it.

The basis of this scam is to pay in an irreversible and difficult to trace way such as buying gift cards, stolen cards, cryptocurrencies, and others.

Therefore, here you are increasing the complexities by adding an unreliable third party to two parties who do not trust each other with a non-refundable payment method.
For example, PayPal provides these services as a trusted party between two unreliable parties, and then the trusted person must be trusted.

Trust is a different standard and in the forum there are reliable people because they will lose a lot if they steal your money, but this trust is linked to a certain amount of money and for a certain time.

In general, trade that contains residential addresses, physical objects and other things is better in which there are few intermediaries.

You are describing a bunch of online scam methods. Those scams have nothing to do with legit escrow services.
I human escrow/middleman must be really trusted and reputable. He must provide valid proof about his positive online reputation. You can't just hire some random guy to be your escrow. You and the guy on the other side of the transaction might get scammed by such middleman.
I thought that you are talking about websites providing escrow service.
I've been using Localbitcoins for around 5-6 years and I've never had any problem with their escrow service.

Here is the the list of recommended bitcointalk escrow services so as long as you stick to those, you should be fine. The only question is whether they will want to do the business with you if you want it for account sales which is something that is frowned upon here, to say the least.

Thank you so much sir , its really helpful

With your example, the risk is there for every side. First, the escrow's (or the proxy buyer's) name could just be a placeholder for the client's shady deals. Second is when the escrow runs away with the buyer's/seller's funds/goods.

The thing about escrow is they need to be trusted/reputable first otherwise it's the same as trusting random guys with your money/goods. By trusted, I do not mean being able to give a resume or any of their personal information. It's more about having a good track record as an escrow (beware of questionable feedbacks).

We do have a list of reputable escrow agents in the forum but if we're talking about bitcointalk account selling, I don't think they would facilitate that for you.

Lately i hear about escrow scams !!! normally i use it with my clients !! but few clients telling me its not safe any more .

According to the Internet Crime Complaint Center, many of these frauds originate in Eastern Europe in former communist countries

Sometimes scammers set up a third party to receive funds or merchandise.

The fraudster sends an e-mail to an unsuspecting job seeker who has posted a resume on HotJobs, Monster, or a similar site. The e-mail may indicate the job seeker is perfect for a “National Accounts Manager” position acting on behalf of a group of “independent distributors, well-known in Europe selling electronics,” who want to enter the U.S. market. The job seeker then keeps 8% of the transferred funds as his commission.

Other job seekers are recruited and paid to forward merchandise to con artists. This job seeker, hired as a middleman, forwards the package overseas. The scammed seller receives nothing for the merchandise.

Or the buyers itself received  what they want and  then report that they hasn't especially with documents or accounts details

Is there other site safer than escrow ?
