What you guys don't tell is, it may be legal in your country to operate such business, but the buyer may have to face the tunes of law in his country and it may get stuck in the destined country’s import office and may have to pay a hefty import duty too.

This was the primary basis of the pill mills that were extrememly preventive and got knocked back a few hundred, but they are still there and making it hand over fist.

Worldwide is would be pretty easy. You just need one, and that won't be hard to find, person with an MD and they can write electronic RX's. Or, if they already have an RX, it is not hard at all.
