Also another option is Phobya mole to fan connector's. It does not have speed control is the disadvantage.
I've been using 3 pin on my c1's http://www.amazon.com/Phobya-4-Pin-3-Pin-Splitter-Connection/dp/B007S3T4O0/ great little adapter.

the fans already have them, but I did not know that the controller can not handle, so I made a bad purchase. 
The delta tfc1212de is 3.9 amp. This is too much for the controller.
Check to get Delta AFB1212SHE.
Taking almost 8 amp from the controller is too much.
