so I am mining Stellite and am using 8 rx580's running driver 18.6.1. when i get connected to the pool for about 3 minutes all 8 gpu's are recognized and hashing. after that it drops to only 4 gpu's hashing. running this on windows 10. Any ideas on how to resolve.

Thanks

if you make too many OCs on the cards, the cards will be reduced after a while through the miner program. I think you start to OC with low settings first keep increasing.

Maybe you need to increase the virtual memory (page file) size. Try with 24Gb or 32Gb, but you need to ensure that you have enough space left on your system drive.

You also need to make sure your PSU has enough power to deal with your mining rig system. Assuming your GPUs draw around 150-170W each, you should use a 1500W power supply.

Try five cards and lower  clocks just a bit.

if it works try six cards with the lower clocks.
