Some of those laws are a little strange.  I have known 17 year old girls that are more experienced than 19 year old guys.  So in situations like that it's a little unfair to punish the guy.

This law does not shock me as I have read kids getting jail when the girl is 3 months younger than the boyfriend and her parents want him out of the picture. Its disgusting that stuff like this happens.

This has happened before and I thought it had been resolved that the minor wouldn't be charged with an offense like that.  I could be totally wrong, and if I am then the law is idiotic.  And it wouldn't surprise me in the least.
