Nevermind even they have not make any announcement here, people's will find it on Google search in case if someone try. So you are helping people's by creating that thread even they do not have any profile here. Our intention is save investors, not only punish scammer. That's why keep finding them and make thread on scam accusation board.

What happened: ooobtc.com's white paper is plagiarized, some parts are even from Binance.com's white paper, their expected competitors in business.
