I have sent numerous emails to "support", no reply so far. So just stay away from this exchange.
Can anybody else confirm this?

why i have 0.3% trade fee ? why not 0%

The above "archived link" was taken on Nov,7 and back then both comments had "10 days ago" as their published dates (it's still the same, weird

They claim that they charge no fees for trading, but after doing some test trades they secretly charge at least 0.1%-0.2% per trade
