I would like to clarify something: You never manage any campaign, and you want make team of 5 - 10 managers, without experience! to manage one big campaign for free?
A 15 members campaign is also a big one in my view.But with team I guess I will learn and do managing works perfectly as it is not a big rocket science with no second chances. I was in many campaigns and I know how people do manage. Also I got few tools to watch and follow member's signatures from time to time.
If someone is coming here to open signature campaign, even if it will be for free, will not give it in hands of someone who have no experience. And especially in hands of group unexperienced users. Just because sig camapign that usually are quite big money, and they don't want lose them.
My little advice: Don't lose your time with this idea, because it is impossible to realize.
Prepare plan of little campaign (signature or twitter) - i mean costs and everything. Look for some new service on market, and PM to them your offer. Just don't spam mailboxes
If your offer will be good - and like you wrote it is not rocket science - sooner or later someone will respond to your offer. In this way you can gain experience.You're welcome
