If you are paying in USD then this is not the correct board for you. This topic needs to be moved to the Service Announcements (Altcoins) section.
Also, you will get good response if you consider using an escrow since your account does not reflect much rep yet.

They will damage thier reputation if they dont give the right payment for winners, as you can see they are listed in exchange . This is only means everything bad decision or mistake can affect the coins price in exchange .

★ Minimum requirement for Youtube channel subscriber is 200 and should be at least 2 months old
★ Minimum requirement for video content duration is 2 minutes and must only be published on Youtube.
★ Duplicate content submission on multiple media will be counted as one
