Round 1: 0 S3's hashing, 10 S3's Reserve for order, ETA is 1st full week in Mid August.
Starting with Round 3, I am ordering the machines first myself; reservers will have 48 hours after the round closes to make complete payment or at least make arrangement with me; I will assume the ownership of the shares that are not paid.
1. Management fee is set at $12/month/share and will not increase for the next 12 months.
2. Management fee includes electricity, internet hosting, maintenance, labor and all other miscellaneous costs.
3. I do not reimburse for power outage, internet outage, and other natural and man-made disasters including earthquake, flooding, tsunami, etc.
4. Payout start day will depend on which round you are in: for example, Round 1 payout starts on Saturday, July 26th around 12 noon Pacific Time.
5. After 40 shares are sold, I will place orders with Bitmain.
6. I reserve all rights and powers regarding the group buy and the operation thereof.
7. After 1 year of operation, share holders will be given option to either have the machine shipped back to the shareholder (if the shareholder has 2 shares or more in even numbers) at shareholder's expense, or sell the miner and receive btc of the sales, minus a nominal fee.

[Question #1]: What am I getting for my 0.2482 BTC, or 1 Share?
[Answer]: For your 0.2482 BTC, you are getting a 25% stake in one S3 miner. Each S3 Comes with a PSU to power it up.
[Question #2]: What am I getting for $12 monthly fee for 1 share?
[Answer]: For your $12 monthly fee, you are getting electricity, internet, maintenance and labor to run your S3. The monthly fee will be deducted at each end of the month. I will deduct btc equivalent to US$ according to prevailing bitstamp rate.
[Question #3]: Can you order S3's and ship them to my address?
[Answer]: I will NOT place order for your S3 and ship it to your address. That is not the goal of this groupbuy. The goal is to organize another mining pool of individual miners, using Bitmain's Antminer S3.

[Answer]: I would like to rise to a senior member status or even hero if possible and also i am setting up a mining reseller business based in singapore that offer co-location and Mining Contract service (if you know about the strict laws in singapore, Scammers die very fast). Started mining since Aug'2013; I mined mainly bitcoins, LTC, PPC, Doge etc... Any coins that has potential and profit I have probably mined it during last few months or so. I have not only mined them, I day-trade them. My focus is currently only on BTC. I'd like the group buy to eventually become a major mining group, so I will be re-investing and purchasing more miners as well as replacing old miners with more efficient ones.
