They usually take 3 day for a ticket. If too long I think u should make many ticket as you can. When poloniex still have trollbox I always make new account and spam in there. Is it open again?

That will certainly help, I hope you're trolling.

trolling is so last  year. I still can't get a hold of polo. Any other ideas. Also the user that wanted to help, i'm ready!

I don't know this company, but maybe you could try another support ticket and blame them on social channels. I think they want to expand and bad publicity would be the last they need right now. I was pretty surprised lately about a quick response to a support request.
Else you only have the legal way against them. Maybe you know an attourney, who writes for you a letter for cheap. Sometimes this helps

I do not think anyone can help you out, the only one that can solve your issues is poloniex it self. You are not the only one member have issues with this, I think you can only wait even you create a new support ticket the poloniex will delete it.

Anyone still open for helping out with this issue. Problem is still not resolved.... it's a withdrawal that didn't go through

For some reason, now poloniex freshdesk is showing me 102 days of "being processed", although it's been 218 since I reported an issue....

Timeline:
  • 24th May - reported an issue
  • 14th Sep - FIRST reply from support (person A)
  • 14th Sep - I provided detailed calculations stating one of my currencies has wrong balance
  • 15th Sep - support reporting, everything looks normal
  • 15th Sep - they request you are requested to provide a list of the precise times/dates/amounts that led to the allegedly wrong balance
  • 16th Sep - I've prepared spreadsheet with all my transactions of given currency, along with deposits/withdrawals and calculations, result is obviously different than the one on polo
  • (2 mo no answer)
  • 7th Nov - I apologize for the delay in response time. - (person B)
  • No answer since then

218 days and counting... get your coins out of polo
I'm gonna make list of my trades with this coin public once this will reach 365 days...

I too have a ticket (Created on Mon, 24 Jul at 5:22 AM)

No reaction from the support. Unacceptable.

This is not good. I think I might help you with it, how much is the transaction? If it is too big I can't help.

My idea is to sent bitcoin equivalent to your transaction to escrow, I will handle myself with your account. I know a few people who will solve this.

the amount is about $3500

I have a transaction with a large amount of coins that resulted in an error on poloniex. I created a support topic back in june, and have not heard anything from then since.
Anybody else who are also waiting for support to get back??
Your this thread is here on wrong place first of all move this to relative section Service Discussion exchanges for better response from members about your issue if they are not responding then try to create one more ticket or send them email about this issue hope they will fix as soon as possible
