Concerning My Honest Review
I have been an ardent follower of Whale Channel on Telegram for quite a while since the review came up and I must commend them for such an innovation especially now the world is rapidly growing into the crypto currency era. Making a sport and casino platform to be accessible with not just statutory currencies but also cryptos is a good innovation. And I must say as an ardent follower for a while, being able to make a review of the website is one act I’m grateful for and I’ll make sure I give a honest review by giving you a rundown of how I navigated the site.
Registration Process
First off, I clicked the link and yes it passed the bug check because it opened really fast without any delay and that’s one big one and I must commend the site developers for this. Also the User Interface was pretty friendly and the color combinations all beautiful to the eyes so as not to make the time of a user boring in the site and that’s a plus and huge commendation for the site designers.
Observation 1
I saw a start button at the top right corner, where I’m asked to sign in with either Telegram or Mail. Well at first I tried it out with Telegram and after keying in my phone number, I got a message from the BOT in my Telegram which I confirmed but going back to the site, it just remained blank and I tried this process for two more times and it was still the same. Well I had to go with the second option of mail, which I was told to use a code sent to my mail. Now the issue with this is please can the code be amongst the 1st paragraph message and the second paragraph could be a redirective link to verify the mail, I’m saying this because that redirective link wasn’t working and for some persons they might not be able to see out the code which was in the second paragraph.
Observation 2
Well I successfully logged in and must commend again the seamless verification process after inputting my code sent to my mail. Now I noticed my USER ID shows *unidentified* in my profile and my image too is blank, I think they can request for us to select pictures or probably still, nice avatars can be used in place of images also.
Then also for the deposit, I tried checking how to but crypto with naira and saw that it wasn’t connecting as the redirective page was always blank till I had to refresh.
Conclusion
With these few observations of mine, if these are worked on I think the Quarter 2025 of this project should see this project getting top of most users especially for the fact that they now support crypto on their platforms too which is very important since the world is evolving to that direction.

What is needed is to optimize the arrangement of elements on the page. For example, the menu on the left overlaps the main part of the games page. It's not unusable, but it certainly overlaps and I get the impression that I haven't seen everything

MY HONEST REVIEW ON WHALE.IO
SIGN UP/LOGIN:
During the signup process i never faced any lag and problem, finished confirming my with the code sent to my Gmail and it was smooth and a plus for this action, if i should have experienced any delay then it would have interrupted my interest to look forward this is applicable to every other users willing to try it out, a good start from here.

When i saw the bank transfer option i was delighted, i attempted to make a deposit using that option, the process was long seriously not user friendly, maybe as a result of my region but once such options are not marked "work in progress", it should have been fully developed and friendly to users, my take on this would be for Nigeria and some regions that maybe facing same hard times trying to deposit through bank transfer, the Whale team should endeavour to make the process very easy, can't lie i am already exhausted from continuing the process, i hope it works eventually.

Pros
It was quite smooth and easy even in mobile( which I usually find strenuous on some casinos).
The option where code is used to sign in and sign up is Gold to me. Using password has been an headache to since I make sure all my passwords are dissimilar.
Cons
During registration, the information required was too personal and irrelevant to me during start up.
I believe most are required when you going further for KYC. Like going as far as asking for postal code and address.
Suggestions
It would be better if registration is on username and other anonymous information and when moving for stronger KYC, all other information could be asked.

Add the prices and chart for other Cryptocurrency supported and Make sure the Price approximately mirror the stated price of top exchange, like Bitstamp. I believe such discrepancy could be misleading.

Pros
A good initiative in my book and like stated can encourage individuals to bet more and reduce net loss.
Con
It's all a bait. The cash back isn't up-to 20% and you wouldn't know if you don't read terms and conditions (like how many people do in this era). I have seen many casino do it but still not appealing to me.
Suggestions

I created an account on Whale platform and made a deposit using SOL. Both registration and depositing went smoothly and had no issues. Even though there are more than 1000 slots available, unfortunately, most slot providers are restricted in my country. We started at the beginning of the 'Registration' phase, based on my perspective from every gambling platform. In my opinion, the registration needed to be simple because at the time joined "Whale.Io" needed to fill in some information about my data. To be honest, @Whale.Io can make it simple first without filling in the data by just asking the user to put only (Telegram / Email), agree to all terms & conditions, and put a verification code. New Begining Journey - Whale.Io
We started at the beginning of the 'Registration' phase, based on my perspective from every gambling platform. In my opinion, the registration needed to be simple because at the time joined "Whale.Io" needed to fill in some information about my data. To be honest, @Whale.Io can make it simple first without filling in the data by just asking the user to put only (Telegram / Email), agree to all terms & conditions, and put a verification code. It's to make the user comfortable without filling the data anymore cause you already saved it.

We can state the minimum deposit amount on the wallets section, as you know user based the data and statistics will never read the terms & conditions. By stating the minimum amount on the deposit page, users know the minimum deposit without opening the terms & conditions on the bottom footer website.
