According to the FAQ in the OpenBook Discord, the tool you mentioned is no longer recommended and is known to cause random issue. They suggest using a different tool instead https://raydium.io/create-market/

When creating a market on OpenBook

I change the Advanced Options to minimum (128/9/201) to reduce the cost of creation to ~ 0.3 Sol
Next, three transactions are confirmed and the last one constantly gets an error: "Transaction failed to create market".
As a result I cannot create a market at all and get Market ID
Please help to understand, maybe someone has already encountered the same error and problem.
